Before you buy

How long does the battery actually last?
Up to 45 to 60 minutes of continuous trigger time from the removable 24V 2000mAh battery. In practice you squeeze in bursts, which stretches it well past that. It pops out to charge, so you can order a spare if you want to work back to back.
Is 970 PSI enough, or should I buy a bigger one?
Be honest about the job. For cars, bikes, grills, patio furniture, floor mats, boots, pets, siding and windows, 970 PSI is plenty and safer than a full-size unit. If you need to strip a deck or remove rust, buy a corded 2000 PSI machine instead. We would rather tell you now than process a return later.
Where does the water come from?
Anywhere that holds it. The 16.4 ft self-priming intake hose goes into a bucket, a rain barrel, a jug, a pool or a lake. A standard tap works too.
How do the multi-packs work?

Will it leak?
The two usual causes are a loose quick-connect and a missing rubber washer. Check both fittings are seated before you pull the trigger. If you still get a drip, message us and we will send replacement seals free.
